International HACCP Alliance Accredited Course

This HACCP Principles and Application certification training course provides the practical and technical information you need to develop, implement, and manage a successful HACCP system and is accredited by the International HACCP Alliance. The course is recognized by major GFSI certification standards such as SQF.

The course aims to instruct you on the development, implementation, and maintenance of a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system. The training focuses on the 5 preliminary steps and the 7 principles of HACCP.

Upon successful completion of the course, the participant will acquire skills in managing both HACCP and pre-requisite programs to ensure that food products are safe and suitable for customers and consumers.

Technical Requirements

Participants must have audio visual capabilities, a reliable internet connection, speakers, microphone and webcam capability.  Visual monitoring is conducted throughout the entire course.
