Robert Monteforte is our Project Technical Manager, supporting our advisors on end deliverables. He comes to us with 28 years of experience in a Fortune 500 company. As a quality food safety professional, he brings a blend of experiences in quality control, food safety, and manufacturing expertise. He excels in balancing cost, quality, safety, and service considerations.
Robert's expertise lies in quality and food safety systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering sustainable results, while meeting client’s specific needs. His hands-on experience encompasses managing manufacturing quality control, personnel, monitoring programs, and HACCP plan implementation. With his proficiency in developing quality systems, food safety policies, and compliance measures, Robert is a servant leader committed to optimizing all key imperatives.
Robert graduated from Memphis State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistical Application. His certifications include PCQI, FSSC22000, HACCP, Advance HACCP, Internal Auditing, Kaizen and he is a veteran of the United States Navy.
